This mural design celebrates the energy and freedom of Rhyl’s seafront. Inspired by my teenage Saturdays catching the train from Wrecsam to Rhyl, I wanted to capture the joyful spirit of hanging out at the skatepark, sketching BMXers and skateboarders, and ending the day on the beach with friends.

The artwork brings together leaping skateboarders, soaring seagulls, and playful, blocky shapes in summery, nostalgic colours – a vibrant tribute to youthful energy, seaside fun, and the memories that make Rhyl special.
