Warrington: A place of industry, pride, community and the friendliest of welcomes!
This print was made in collaboration with the brilliant Macintyre Warrington friendship group, who shared their ideas and creativity about what matters to them in their community. Favourite places and landmarks including the Transporter bridge, the New Routes community garden, the Barley Mow pub, the rugby ground, statues of Brian Bevan, The Mad Hatter, and Oliver Cromwell… and many more!
But more than anything, this print is a celebration of the larger than life characters involved with MacIntyre Warrington, and their warmth and friendliness that comes through in everything they do!
This print will fit in a standard A4 frame.
It is printed on high quality recyled cartridge paper with Risograph inks; due to the nature of risograph printing colours may vary slightly from print to print, and will have a lovely grainy texture.
All proceeds from the sale of these limited edition prints will go directly to support the work of MacIntyre Charity, which you can read about here.
A little bit about MacIntyre:
“We offer learning, support and care for more than 1,400 children, young people and adults who have a learning disability and / or are autistic.
People who draw on MacIntyre’s support have gloriously ordinary lives, living the life they choose, using their gifts, skills and passions to contribute and connect to the people in their local neighbourhood. MacIntyre invests in, and helps shape, neighbourhoods to be inclusive and welcoming spaces for everyone.”
This print was an absolute joy to make and I hope it will bring some of the MacIntyre Magic to your walls too! :)
